The website www.PATELEC.eu (the “Site”) is the property of PATELEC Cords and Cables S.r.l. (“PATELEC”), which has created it for information, communication, and contact purposes and all related rights are binding. The trademarks, logos, and characters belonging to third parties, which are displayed in the website, are the exclusive property of their owners, who have authorized their use: therefore any reproduction is prohibited.
The web pages constituting the website, and all relevant contents (including, for example, but not limited to: text, images, graphics), are protected by copyright owned by PATELEC or include material the use of which has been duly authorized; thus any form of their reproduction, duplication, publication, transmission, in whole or in part, is prohibited.

No reproduction of the website or any part of it may be sold or distributed for commercial purposes. The downloading of any material from the website is only allowed provided that it is expressly authorized by a specific notice to this purpose in the web pages. This website and the websites linked to it have been very carefully checked by PATELEC. Therefore none of their contents are dangerous or unpleasant for children. The advertised products cannot be purchased directly from the website.

However, PATELEC is exclusively liable for the contents of its own websites and cannot be held responsible for the content of any third-party website to which there is an authorized link, since PATELEC exercises no control over them.

3. PRIVACY POLICY

Pursuant to regulation in force and to art. 13 of Regulation EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the “Regulation”), we inform you that the Controller of the personal data provided by you is PATELEC Cords and Cables S.r.l. (hereinafter “PATELEC”), with registered office at Via Nazionale 6 -15020 Cerrina Monferrato (AL), CF e P.IVA n. IT04443180239.

Browsing data

The information systems and programs used to operate our website collect some data whose transmission is automatic when using Internet communication protocols (e.g. IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the users to connect with the website, URI – Uniform Resource Identifier – addresses of the requested resources, time of the request, methods used to submit the request to server, size of the response file, response status code –success, error, etc.- and other parameters relating to the operating system and information environment of the user). Although such data are not intended for being associated to individual data subjects, it is possible that, by their nature and through processing and association with further data held by third parties, such data may permit to identify users.

No consent is required for the processing of data for the purposes above, since the processing is necessary for the performance of an agreement to which the user is party or for the implementation of measures requested by the user prior to entering into an agreement (art. 6, letter b) of par. 1, of the Regulation) as well as, where applicable, to comply with a legal obligation (Regulation, letter a) of first paragraph of art. 6).

The personal data of the users shall undergo processing by the staff assigned to it by PATELEC, by such procedures, technical and electronic means, which are suitable to protect the confidentiality and security of data and consists of collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, elaboration, alteration, selection, retrieval, alignment, use, combination, block, communication, dissemination, erasure, and destruction of data, including a combination of two or more of such activities. The personal data of users / visitors will be kept only for the time necessary in reference to the purposes for which they are collected in compliance with the principle of limitation of conservation pursuant to art. 5 paragraph 1 letter e) of the Regulations, without prejudice to further conservation obligations established by law. Your data will not be disclosed.

The data shall only be stored for the time strictly required to provide the requested services to the user and shall promptly be deleted straight afterwards, without prejudice to the legal storage obligations provided for by the law. Your data shall not be disclosed. In the framework of its activity and for the purposes specified above, PATELEC may use internal processors under its instructions. Personal data may be transferred to other countries of the European Union where the premises or the servers of PATELEC are located. Personal data shall not be transferred outside the territory of the European Union.

We also inform you that the artt. 15-22 of the Regulations grant the interested parties the opportunity to exercise specific rights, which may, at any time, exercise. In particular, the right to:

  • Obtain confirmation as to the existence of your personal data and access to such data;
  • Obtain updating, modification and/or rectification of your personal data;
  • Obtain erasure of personal data, render personal data anonymous, block data whose processing is unlawful or set limits to the processing;
  • Object to processing based on legitimate grounds;
  • Obtain a copy of personal data provided by the user and request that such data shall be transferred to another controller.

4. COOKIE POLICY

PATELEC collects technical information on Website user navigation.

In particular, during normal operations, the computer and IT systems and software procedures used to operate the Website, acquire certain data transmitted implicitly when using web communication protocols or useful to manage and optimise the system better.
