百得利的合并营业额约为1.3亿欧元，持续增强其国际影响力并扩大业务范围：从电力电缆和连接线到定制化解决方案，再到工业布线和电气柜。

2023年11月，意大利列蒂市的Phoenix电子系统公司加入百得利，标志着集团向布线和电气柜领域的多元化迈出了第一个实质性的步伐。现在，我们正式宣布新进展：FCM有限责任公司也成为了百得利的一员。

FCM是设计和制造电气柜、机载系统并且提供自动化解决方案的专家，累积了丰富的现场经验，高度注重交付质量。

此次并购源于一个清晰的工业愿景：

● 向系统与集成方向延伸价值链；

● 为客户提供更完整的产品系列（电缆+连接线及连接器+布线+电气柜）；

● 提高以可靠、安全和灵活的方式服务全球市场的能力。
