Growth and Diversification: FCM Srl Joins Patelec

Today we take an important step in PATELEC’s journey of growth and diversification.
With a consolidated group turnover of approximately €130 million, PATELEC continues to strengthen its international presence and expand its offerings: from power cables and cords to tailor-made solutions, as well as industrial wiring and electrical panels.

Following the strategic decision initiated in November 2023 with the entry into Phoenix Electronic System (Rieti), the first concrete step toward diversification into wiring and panels, we now formalize a further evolution: FCM Srl becomes part of the PATELEC group.

FCM is a company with consolidated experience in the design and production of electrical panels, machine-mounted systems, and automation solutions, built on-field expertise and a strong focus on execution quality.

This operation stems from a clear industrial vision:

• to extend the value chain toward systems and integration;

• to offer customers a more complete range (cables + cords and connectors + wiring + panels);

• to strengthen our ability to serve global markets with reliability, safety, and flexibility.

For us, it is essential that growth maintains continuity and entrepreneurial identity.
In Phoenix and FCM, the entrepreneurs who built these companies — Alessandro Di Venanzio and siblings Michele and Milena Calandrini — will continue to play an active role in the industrial project, contributing with their skills, experience, and vision.
